Nature of the Service
Fumble Court is an entertainment product that generates humorous, fictionalized court-style verdicts from user-submitted scenarios and optional screenshot-derived transcript text.
Fumble Court is not a real court, legal advice, a dispute resolution service, therapy, dating advice, financial advice, medical advice, or any other professional advice service. Outputs are for entertainment and social artifact purposes only.
Fumble Court also offers a direct appeal feature that allows users to request an additional appeal review of a case record.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use Fumble Court.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.
User Responsibilities
- Do not submit illegal content or use Fumble Court for illegal purposes.
- Do not submit highly sensitive personal data, confidential information, or private information without permission.
- Do not harass, threaten, dox, defame, abuse, impersonate, or exploit others.
- Do not rely on outputs as real legal, factual, therapeutic, dating, medical, financial, or professional determinations.
- You are solely responsible for the text, screenshots, transcripts, names, handles, facts, claims, and other content you submit, export, or share. You should only submit content you have the right to use and share, and you should redact private or identifying information before submission.
Public Sharing
Cases and verdicts may be public or shareable by URL or exported image. Anyone with the link or image may be able to view the public case record or artifact.
Public case records and verdict artifacts are fictionalized, AI-generated entertainment outputs. They are not verified factual records, legal findings, or real determinations about any person.
You are responsible for what you publish, submit, export, and share. Redact private information before submitting a filing or distributing an exported image.
Fumble Court may review removal requests and may remove, restrict, or disable access to content at its discretion, but does not guarantee removal in every case.
AI-Generated Outputs
Fumble Court outputs are AI-assisted and may be inaccurate, humorous, exaggerated, incomplete, or based on limited context.
Appeal outputs may affirm, deny, revise, remand, or otherwise respond to the original verdict based on the generated appeal review.
Do not treat verdicts, charges, liability splits, quotes, or sentences as factual findings, legal conclusions, professional advice, or real determinations about any person.

Fumble Court generates fictionalized, humorous, AI-assisted verdict artifacts.
Verdicts, liability allocations, charges, court quotes, and sentences are not factual findings and should not be interpreted as legal, medical, therapeutic, financial, relationship, or professional advice.
Users are solely responsible for decisions they make based on generated content.
Acceptable Use
- Use Fumble Court for entertainment, parody, social discussion, and shareable artifact creation.
- Do not submit real legal disputes requiring professional help, or emergency, safety, self-harm, abuse, medical, or crisis situations.
- Do not submit private addresses, phone numbers, government IDs, financial account information, or other highly sensitive identifying information.
- Do not submit non-consensual intimate content or content involving minors in a sexual or exploitative context.
- Do not submit confidential workplace, client, legal, or medical information.
- Do not attempt to overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
- Do not use Fumble Court to target, shame, dox, harass, threaten, impersonate, or endanger people.
- Do not use Fumble Court in ways that are abusive, illegal, privacy-invasive, or technically harmful.
Appeals
Current public appeals are submitted directly from a public case record and do not require checkout, credits, billing, subscriptions, or accounts.
An appeal gives you an additional AI-generated entertainment review. It does not guarantee that the original verdict will change, that liability will shift, or that the appeal will be granted.
Appeals may be refused, limited, or removed if they are abusive, illegal, privacy-invasive, harmful, or technically disruptive.
Limitation of Liability
Fumble Court is provided for entertainment purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on generated outputs, content you submit, content you share, disputes that arise from sharing, or reliance on any verdict artifact as if it were professional advice.
We may refuse, limit, suspend, remove, or block access to cases, appeals, exports, purchases, or users if we believe activity is abusive, illegal, privacy-invasive, harmful, fraudulent, technically disruptive, or inconsistent with these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Fumble Court changes. The updated date on this page will show when the current version was last revised.
