Overview
Fumble Court is an AI-powered entertainment web app that turns user-submitted scenarios into humorous, fictionalized court-style verdict artifacts. It is not a real court, law firm, legal service, therapy service, dispute resolution service, or professional advice product.
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected and how it may be used when you submit a case, process screenshot exhibits, file a direct appeal, view or share a public case record, or contact support.
Information We Collect
- User-submitted case text, including summaries, arguments, and case filings.
- Screenshot-derived transcript text when you choose to process screenshots for exhibit extraction.
- Generated verdict content, including case titles, charges, evidence summaries, liability splits, quotes, and sentences.
- Case metadata such as public slugs, case numbers, ruling type, source case references, creation timestamps, and model/runtime metadata.
- Technical logs used to operate, debug, secure, and improve the service.
- Analytics and operational events related to case submission, direct appeal submission, verdict generation, verdict views, exports, shares, and appeal fulfillment.
- Contact and support messages you send to us, including your email address and issue details.
Screenshot Handling
You may upload screenshots so Fumble Court can process them to extract text and context for your filing. Screenshots may be processed to identify visible messages or relevant transcript-style details.
Extracted text may be inserted into your filing and may become part of the case record that is used to generate a verdict. The product is designed around text-based case records, not public image attachments.
Uploaded screenshots are processed for text extraction and are not displayed as public case attachments. Extracted text may become part of the case filing. You should review and edit extracted text before submitting a case.
Public Case Records
Generated cases may have public URLs. Anyone with the link may be able to view the public case record, verdict artifact, and related public record details.
Public case records and verdict artifacts are fictionalized, AI-generated entertainment outputs. They are not verified factual records, legal findings, or real determinations about any person.
Submitted case text, extracted screenshot transcript text, and generated verdicts may become part of a public case record.
Do not submit private, sensitive, illegal, confidential, or personally identifying information that you do not want others to see. You are responsible for redacting names, handles, phone numbers, addresses, photos, secrets, and other personal details before submitting or sharing.
Content Removal Requests
If you believe a public case record contains private information, copyrighted material, or content that should not be publicly available, contact support@fumblecourt.com.
We may review removal requests and may remove, restrict, or disable access to content at our discretion, but we do not guarantee removal in every case.
AI Processing Providers
Submitted content may be processed by third-party AI providers to extract transcript text, generate verdicts, summarize evidence, or produce other Fumble Court outputs.
Do not submit information you are not comfortable having processed by Fumble Court and its service providers for these entertainment-product purposes.
Analytics and Operational Events
Fumble Court uses analytics, operational event tracking, and limited browser-side advertising or measurement tools to operate the product, understand usage, detect problems, and measure campaign performance.
These tools may include OpenPanel for product analytics and Meta Pixel for browser-side advertising attribution and optimization. Operational events may include case starts, case submission, direct appeal submission, verdict generation, verdict views, exports, shares, and appeal fulfillment.
Browser-side advertising or measurement payloads are intentionally minimal and are designed not to include raw case text, raw appeal text, OCR or extracted screenshot text, uploaded screenshots, customer email, name, phone, case IDs, verdict labels or stamps, liability percentages, or other rich case or verdict metadata.
How Information Is Used
- To generate humorous verdict artifacts and public case records.
- To process screenshot exhibits into text-based filings when requested.
- To file direct appeals and generate new appeal rulings from public case records.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Fumble Court.
- To measure product usage and operational events.
- To respond to support requests.
Appeals
Current public appeal filing is direct and does not require an account, checkout, credit balance, or subscription.
Appeals create new AI-generated entertainment rulings from the public case record and the additional context you submit.
Your Choices and Responsibilities
- Do not submit private, sensitive, confidential, illegal, or highly personal information.
- Redact names, handles, numbers, addresses, and other identifying details before filing a case.
- Only share public case links or exported images when you are comfortable with others viewing the content.
- Contact us at support@fumblecourt.com if you have a privacy or support question.
