Refund Policy

Current refund posture for Fumble Court's free/direct public product loop.

Updated June 15, 2026

Current Status

Fumble Court's current public case creation, sample dockets, verdicts, direct appeals, and basic share/export loop are free and direct.

Fumble Court does not currently offer active public checkout, subscriptions, physical goods, legal services, or therapy services.

No Active Checkout

Because there is no active public checkout or paid appeal purchase flow, there are currently no standard product purchases to refund through the app.

Direct Appeals

Direct appeals are AI-generated entertainment outputs submitted from public case records.

An appeal review does not guarantee that the original verdict will change, that liability will shift, or that the appeal will be granted.

If something went wrong technically or you believe you were charged by mistake outside the current public product loop, contact us and we will review the issue.

Issues We May Review

  • Technical failure that prevented normal case or appeal generation.
  • Unexpected charge reports connected to legacy or external payment records.
  • Another unusual product issue reviewed at our discretion.

What Is Generally Not Refundable

  • You disliked the generated verdict or appeal output.
  • Your appeal was denied.
  • The verdict did not change.
  • The liability split did not change.
  • You changed your mind after delivery.
  • You submitted incomplete, incorrect, unclear, or unwanted context.

How to Request Help

Contact support@fumblecourt.com within a reasonable period after the issue occurs. Include your case URL if relevant and a short description of what happened.

If an unusual legacy payment issue exists, any approved refund, reversal, or adjustment may be subject to applicable processor rules.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable law.
